OUR RETURN POLICY:
Items must be received back to us no later than 10 days from the date you received your order. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. They must not be altered in anyway and must be in resalable condition. If items are returned to us in unsalable condition (determined by us) you will be charged a 20% restocking fee or we reserve the right to ship the item back to you. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON JEWELRY: If your jewelry item was damaged during shipping please email photo to email@example.com with 3 days of receiving the damaged item. The picture must include the damaged item and the package it arrived in. If it is determined the item was not damaged in the shipping process or the photo is not received in the timeline given a refund will not be honored.
